Makeup Revolution Beyond Flawless Palette Review

9 September 2015

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to be doing another review, and I've been wanting to do this for months and I finally got the chance to pick up this product, so today I'll be reviewing the Makeup Revolution Beyond Flawless palette!

I've seen so many Youtubers and Bloggers raving about this palette for such a long time so I thought it was about time I picked it up and gave it a go!

I actually really love the simplistic packaging of this palette. The gold box and sleek black casing and gold writing makes the palette feel very expensive and luxurious. The 32 eyeshadows are inside a hard durable plastic outer layer, with a large mirror inside which is perfect for doing your makeup on the go!

I think the price is one of the most impressive parts about this palette. For only £8 you get 32 eyeshadows and a large mirror. I think this is a super affordable price, especially for the quality of the eyeshadows and this is the perfect addition to anyone's makeup collection!

What made me choose this palette over the other two in the collection was the variety of shades available! There is a variety of matte and shimmer shades, warm and neutral tones, and a variety of colours perfect for creating any look. I love how well evenly distributed the variety of colours are too, what with there being varying shades of pale pinks and peaches, to the darker more daring coppers and browns, this palette is very adaptable for both day and night wear!

The palette also comes with a sheet naming all the shades, which is super handy if you're planning to film makeup tutorials.

One thing that did shock me quite a lot was the quality of the eyeshadows...They're just so good! I can honestly say the quality of these eyeshadows are even comparable to the Naked palettes (which retail at £38!) Even the lighter shades are well pigmented and apply very easily.

I love how creamy the formula of the eyeshadows are too because this makes them really easy to apply and blend out effectively.

The only complaint I would make is that without a primer underneath the shadows do crease pretty easily, but there isn't any fallout so for an £8 palette I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

I hope you enjoyed this review and it was helpful to some of you wondering whether to invest in the palette or not. If you want my opinion I would definitely say yes yes yes go for it!
