What's on my birthday wishlist?

15 June 2014

In a few weeks it'll be my birthday and there's a few things I've been admiring for the last few months that I'd love to get ready for the summer season!

Real Techniques Starter Set £21.99
Since I already have the Core Collection and love the quality of the brushes, I feel like it's a must to get the matching set for eyes. The set includes the base shadow brush, deluxe crease brush, accent brush, pixel point eyeliner brush and brow brush, and the travel case. The travel case is really useful when you're washing your brushes because you can fold the case over and then slot your brushes in upside-down whilst they dry.

Bourjois Chocolate bronzing powder £7.99
I've seen this product used in so many tutorials online, I really want to try it out. Not only does it look like chocolate but it apparently smells like it too. Most people use this bronzer for contour and it looks like it blends really well, and it's available in light, medium, and dark shades.

White low-top converse all stars £44.99
Granted these shoes are seen everywhere and they're pretty pricey but you definitely pay for quality. I've previously bought converse lookalikes from shops like primark for about £4, and they serve their purpose for a few weeks but they soon start looking shabby an falling apart. I think these will look nice in white because you can basically wear them with any outfit.

AXParis high waisted wash out shors £25
I only recently found the axparis website, and I've literally fallen in love with almost every item I've seen! These shorts are no exception. I don't really own any bleach wash or washed out denim but I've really fallen in love with it recently. I'd love to wear this in summer; hopefully I'm lucky to get them soon.

Metal heart shaped fairy lights £15
I love, love, love fairy lights. I think they're a great way to make a room look cute and cosy. This would look great draped around your bed/bookcase or just one their own across your walls.

Mi-Pac mint star-print backpack £21.99
Pastel colours look great in summer and I especially love this mint backpack because it looks very similar to my favourite colour! The mix of the white stars and mint background looks awesome and there looks to be loads of room for storage!
