Beat those winter blues!

Hi guys, today I'm going to be doing a post a bit different to the usual; today I'm going to be talking to you about Seasonal Affective Disorder. Believe it or not, even though its 'the most wonderful time of the year' not everyone is happy this winter. Around 2 million people in the UK are affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder (or SAD) and it can effect any age, including children.
A few of the key symptoms include:
- depression
- sleep problems
- lack of energy and enthusiasm
- overeating
- irritability
- feeling down and unsociable

If you see any signs of these symptoms in yourself and others here are a few remedies:
1. Keep active

2. Get Outside
Build a snowman or have a snowball fight (or if you don't have snow a slushman)

3. Keep warm!

4. Eat Healthily
Just because its Christmas doesn't mean you should avoid that fruit and veg...

5. Talk it through
